Ready to take the next step in your food service career? Join the Kenly 95 team as a Shift Leader and help lead daily operations across Subway and Dairy Queen inside our busy food court.

You'll lead a fast-paced team, coach employees, maintain high service and food-quality standards, and help keep each shift running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader ready for more responsibility and growth.

Requirements:
As a Shift Leader, you'll be the leader on duty, keeping the team organized, motivated, and focused on great customer service.
  • Lead daily shifts and delegate tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Coach, train, and support team members across Subway and Dairy Queen.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Handle cash procedures, inventory counts, opening and closing duties, and shift checklists.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and team members.
  • Step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.

SCHEDULE:
Full-Time
Must be available to work any day and any time, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for a dependable, confident leader who can keep a fast-paced food operation organized and moving.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience is required.
  • Food Service Experience: At least 2 years of food service, quick-service, or fast-casual experience preferred.
  • Team Leader: You can coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
  • Customer-Focused: You understand the importance of excellent guest service.
  • Problem Solver: You stay calm and make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable: You are punctual, dependable, and communicate well with management.
  • Reliable Transportation: You must have dependable transportation to and from work.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
