Job Details:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Iron Skillet recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock kitchen stations before, during, and after each shift.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment safely.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen closing duties.
Help create a welcoming dining experience by preparing every meal with care and consistency.

Requirements:

Previous line cook, prep cook, grill cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
